Trinity Falls - Don't Miss the Barnyard Party at Myers Park May 26

Planning your Memorial Day weekend in McKinney? Then don’t miss out on an opportunity to wine and dine at a Barnyard Party under the stars 7-10 p.m. Saturday, May 26.

Trinity Falls is sponsoring the event in partnership with The Warrior's Keep, a non-profit organization whose mission is to unite veterans and increase their quality of life through engaging in outdoor recreations and excursions.

“We believe that sometimes the best medicine is nature's medicine,” said Cody Hardin, co-founder and executive director of the organization. “Our programs provide Veterans with access to outdoor activities, designed to educate and assist with the difficulties of reintegrating back to civilian life. We also host regular luncheons and socials to allow Veterans the opportunity to connect and share their experiences with other Veterans.

The Barnyard Party will take place at the Myers Park Pole Barn, 7117 County Road 166. Tickets are still available for the event, which features music by the Justin Merritt Band, a barbecue dinner, s’mores, wine and beer, dancing, a photo booth, games and more. The Barnyard Party is the final event of the Yellow Wood Music & Outdoors Festival, an adventure-packed day of good music, fitness classes, cooking and outdoor skills classes, camping, a family movie night and more. The festival is free. Barnyard Party tickets are $50 per person — buy now while you still have the chance to get 50 percent off.
