When it comes to electric bills, mortgage rates and closing costs, we’ve got the low down on incentives that will reduce your outlay. So, you get what you really want — and if what you want is upgrades or structural options, our builders are offering incentives to cover those, too.

Plantation Homes

Never worry about electric bills again when you buy a Plantation home. During the Beat the Heat sales event, if you purchase your home by July 31, the builder will pay your energy bills for the next two years. And, since Plantation homes are Energy for Living certified, you’ll save money for years to come.

Darling Homes

Darling Homes has two promotions designed to lower your mortgage payments and your closing costs. Use a Darling-affiliated lender to purchase your home by July 31 to get up to 1 percent toward a rate buy-down on eligible homes. Purchase by Sept. 30 and the builder will pay up to $10,000 toward closing costs.

Highland Homes

How much can you save on closing costs when you purchase your new Highland Home? Finance through Highland Loans this month and save up to $10,000. Purchase your home by Dec. 31 using Highland LoanSource and save $3,000. (Plus, you won’t have to pay the loan origination fee.)

Westin Homes

Close your eyes and picture yourself in a beautiful new Westin home. Now open them because Westin is offering special summer pricing that will put you in the picture before fall. See your Westin Homes representative for more details.

Newmark Homes

Newmark wants to spark your interest in a new build-to-order home during a Star-Spangled Savings event. Purchase your home by July 31 and the builder will give you $18,000 to shop at the design center. Prefer structural options such as a media room? You can use your credit for that, too.  Use the builder’s preferred lender and receive the Owners Title Policy in the amount of the loan.

Meritage Homes

What happens when you pair a Meritage home and $25,000 in structural or design center options? Magic. This month get the summer kitchen of your dreams, hardwood floors, a media room — whatever your heart desires!
