Harvest Green Is a Top 50 Community (Again)

Harvest Green Is a Top 50 Community (Again)

July 11, 2019

Housing research firm Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO) just confirmed what we already know — Harvest Green is one of the best-selling master-planned communities in the nation.

RCLCO released its annual mid-year report on July 9. The report examines home sales through the first six months of 2019 and ranks the top 50. Harvest Green came in at No. 50 with 187 home sales. It is one of five Johnson Development communities on this year’s tally.

We’re showing a 9 percent increase over last year and three times the nation’s average for growth — and growth, as you know, is what Harvest Green is all about.

Among the many things we are growing is new neighborhoods with a wide selection of homes to meet every budget and lifestyle. We opened three new neighborhoods earlier this year and will be opening a few more by the end of summer. Our award-wining builders are eager to share their designs, priced from the $240,000s, and help you pick the perfect home.

According to the RCLCO report, the best examples of master-planned communities are developed with a strong vision and comprehensive plan that guide development as well as offering amenities that improve the well-being of their residents.

We can’t argue with that. Our farm-centric community is committed to improving every aspect of our residents’ lives. From our Village Farm where they can grow fresh vegetables to our Farmhouse where they can swim or take exercise classes, they have options for healthy living.

There’s more on the way, too. Soon our four-legged residents will have a park to play off-leash in and there will be a new sports basin. Coming next year will be the on-site Messina Hoff Harvest Green Winery & Kitchen (that alone is worth making the move).

Pay us a visit and see for what a top-selling community looks like. Want to get a jump on living well in Harvest Green? Check out our list of available homes and make the move today.
