Torchy’s Tacos Has a Secret

Grand Central Park - Torchy’s Tacos Has a Secret

August 12, 2019

Ever since Torchy’s Tacos opened in Grand Central Park’s 336 Marketplace, our residents have been filling up on Baja Shrimp tacos, Green Chile Queso, breakfast tacos and made-to-order margaritas. One thing they’ve discovered that you might not know about is the Torchy’s Tacos secret menu.

Yep, if you thought Torchy’s couldn’t get any cooler, there’s a whole menu of wild and wacky tacos to satisfy the cravings of even the most devoted Taco Junkies.

Can a taco be hip? It can if it’s The Hipster. Imagine panko-fried tuna, green chilies, chopped bacon, black bean relish, cotija cheese, cilantro and a lime wedge with avocado sauce on a flour tortilla. Or don’t, just call ahead and hit the pick-up counter or drive-thru lane.

The secret menu also includes tacos filled with brisket, hand-battered chicken, slow-roasted carnitas and more. We’re definitely on board but if the tacos are too wild for you, there’s always Torchy’s Tacos’ regular menu with mouthwatering options like the The Independent — perfect for vegetarians — and the Tipsy Chick with grilled chicken and a side of bacon bourbon marmalade. Oh, and there’s even a gluten-free menu.

If that wasn’t good enough, each month a portion of the proceeds from the sale of a Torchy’s Taco of the Month are donated to its charitable partners, which include MD Anderson Cancer Center, Make-A-Wish and Phoenix House, among others.

We love having a Torchy’s Tacos right here in Grand Central Park as well as all the other stores that make up 336 Marketplace, including Kroger Marketplace, Whataburger and HomeGoods. And coming soon, Ulta, Five Below, Burlington and Dick’s Sporting Goods!

Find out how you can get all this at your front door and a beautiful home to at Grand Central Park.
