Viridian - Viridian Amenity is a Star Attraction

Viridian residents and anyone who has ever attended an event at the Lakeview Event and Conference Center knows that one of the star attractions is its gorgeous pool and now we have an award to prove it.

We took home a prestigious Star Award for Best Poolscape at the Texas Association of Builders (TAB) awards dinner held on Aug. 8.

Star Awards are the only statewide tribute to excellence in the homebuilding industry and recognize the outstanding work of builders, remodelers, architects, designers, and sales, marketing and construction professionals in Texas.

What makes our pool special is the elegant design. The pool itself has an infinity edge that makes it appear that it magically flows into Lake Viridian. Adding to the illusion is a broad tile mosaic of shimmering blues lining the pool and forming the infinity edge.

Adding a luxurious touch are shade arbors set atop Roman columns, and overstuffed loungers can be moved out for candlelit tables around the pool. Overflowing planters are strategically placed around the pool helping to create a harmonious environment.

Residents and visitors alike love the in-the-water lounge chairs complementing their on-land counterparts. Heavily draped cabanas add additional shade and interest to the overall poolscape. Finally, modern ladder rails mirror the curve of the pool loungers.

It’s an impressive setting for any occasion happening at our stunning 8,500-square-foot conference center. Both can be rented for weddings, private parties, corporate retreats and more.
