Repeat Appearance On Nation’s Top-Selling List
January 07, 2020
It’s not just a repeat for Woodforest to be included on the list of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities — it’s an “eight-peat” as Woodforest is ranked on Robert Charles Lesser & Co’s (RCLCO) annual tally of the nation’s best-selling communities for an eighth consecutive year.
Builders sold 356 new homes in Woodforest last year, making Woodforest one of five Johnson Development communities included in the report. (Side note — Johnson Development had more master-planned communities ranked among the nation’s top-selling than any other developer!) Woodforest remains Montgomery County’s best-selling community.
While RCLCO points to a wide variety of available homes as an integral chapter to a community’s success story, our residents give many additional reasons why they love Woodforest.
Tara Dismore, who has lived in Woodforest since 2014, talks about the many conveniences now found in the community. Roslyn Valentino, who purchased a home here in 2017, was drawn to Woodforest’s tranquil ambiance. And Sarah Paul, who was one of the first Woodforest residents, says she and husband Ryan took a leap of faith back in 2009 and are thrilled to see the vision for the community being fulfilled so completely.
Thinking about joining the hundreds of new-home buyers who make the move each year to Woodforest? Start with our builders and homes and then move on to amenities, schools and general lifestyle. We think you’ll find moving to Woodforest to be an easy decision.
