The Magnolia area has been growing strong ever since the completion of the Highway 249 extension. Kresston by Johnson Development is conveniently positioned along this new access route, speeding you to the employment centers and attractions found in downtown Houston as well as Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring and Tomball.

Where can you go and what can you do if you make the move to Kresston? Take a look.

Big Rivers Waterpark & Adventures

When the heat is on, families hear the call of Big Rivers. The theme park features water and dry land adventures. At the water park, families can experience the lazy river, wave pool and many water slides. On dry land, parkgoers can get their thrill on with numerous rides — including rollercoasters!
