Woodforest - Join Us for Our Gingerbread Home Tour

We’ve cooked up something sweet for December, and you are invited! It’s our Gingerbread Home Tour, an opportunity to experience the joy of the season while exploring Woodforest and our model homes.

Come out all month long to tour our 12 remaining model homes by builders Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Huntington Homes, Perry Homes, Tipler Luxury Homes, Tri Pointe Homes and Westin Homes.

Each home is sure to provide you with tons of decorating inspiration — not to mention the opportunity to speak with a sales representative about purchasing a new home for your family.

Be sure to stop by The Palm Community Center. We’ve decorated it in gingerbread-house style, so it’s cute as can be! Unfortunately, you can’t eat it, but on Dec. 12, we will be celebrating National Gingerbread House Day by handing out free gingerbread house kits (while supplies last). Stick around for hot chocolate and learn more about our fantastic community.

But wait! There’s even more holiday magic waiting for you at Pine Market. On Dec. 1, we’re kicking off the holidays with our 2^nd annual Deck the Pines holiday block party. Come out for a DJ, food, drink, music, live Nativity animals, mechanical reindeer, fire-juggling elves and more! We’ve heard a rumor that the Jolly Old Elf himself will be there.

On Dec. 8 you and the kids can head for the North Pole on the Polar Express! The movie will be shown outdoors so be sure to bring your coziest blankets. We’ll provide hot chocolate to help you stay warm and toasty.

Many Pine Market restaurants offer fun events like trivia nights at Beerforest Bar and live music at Harvest Market and Wo Sushi all month long. Check the Pine Market calendar to see what’s happening.
