Sienna - Let Kids Spend the Summer at Sienna Camps

Where should your kids be spending the summer? Sienna’s summer camps, of course! Beginning June 3, we are offering a range of exciting sports, STEM, cooking, performing arts and academic camps this year. They are also open to non-residents which means your kids can have a ball all summer long. Most camps will be held at our beautiful Sawmill Lake Club. Check them out, then sign them up! (Listed prices are for non-residents; Sienna residents receive a discount.)

Performing Arts

Alpha Omega Dance
Kids ages 3-12 will work through different styles of dance throughout the week, including ballet, jazz and hip-hop. There will be a fun show-off day at the end. Camps run 9 a.m.- noon for ages 3-5 and 1-4 p.m. for ages 6-12 beginning July 22. The cost is $138.

Alpha Omega Theater
Help your young thespian build confidence as they tread the boards learning vocabulary, stage direction, acting, script writing and memorization. Camp is for kids ages 6-12 and takes place 9 a.m.-noon beginning June 22. The cost is $144.

Circus Arts Camp 
Everyone loves a circus, and your kids will learn to perform with silks, special hoops and loops, the art of magic, balloon art and get all fancy with clown face painting. For ages 4-8, the camp takes place 9-11 a.m. beginning July 22. The cost is $122.50.

Sports and Fitness

Alpha Omega Gymnastics
Kids will jump for joy at this camp teaching basic gymnastic skills. Camps are 9 a.m.-noon for kids 3-5 and 1-4 p.m. for kids 6-12. Camps begin July 8 and cost $138.

Volleyball Summer Camp
Your child can build or enhance their volleyball skillset by participating in drills, multi-skill drills, fun lead-up games and competitive gameplay while having fun and making new friends. Camps are for girls going into 4th-6th grades. Session 1 runs 8-10 a.m. Session 2 runs 10 a.m.-noon. The cost is $200 per session.

Just for Fun

Camp Barbie
Kids can help Barbie learn to dress for the occasion, practicing good manners, make new friends, use money, build a career, attend social functions, hear great stories, practice talents and more! The camp is for ages 4-8 and begin June 24. The cost is $122.50.

Camp Fashion Designer
Your child’s design dreams will come to life with beautifully patterned papers, yards and yards of ribbons, colorful sequins, glitzy jewels, glamorous feathers and oodles of other embellishments.  The camp is for kids ages 8-12. Camp takes place 9-11 a.m. beginning June 24. The cost is $122.

Camp Spy Mysteries
What kid doesn’t want to be a detective? This camp will explore forensic science, blood typing, fingerprint analysis and dental forensics to crack the case. Camp is for kids ages 6-10 and takes place 9-11 a.m. beginning July 29. The cost is $122.50.

Camp Superheroes Cartooning & Writing
Help your child explore their creativity and enhance their writing skills at this superhero-themed camp. Kids will learn to develop characters, story lines and the basics of cartooning. Camp is for kids ages 8-12 and takes place 2-4 p.m. beginning July 22. The cost is $122.50.

STEM

Drones and Lego Workshop 
Take your kid’s Lego skills to the next level. They don’t need their own drone, but they will get to fly one.  The camp is for kids ages 8-12 and takes place 2-4 p.m. beginning July 8. The cost is $122.50.

Imagination LAB 
Put on your goggles and lab coats and get ready to create eruptions, explosions and crazy experiments that bring chemistry to life. The camp is for kids ages 7-11 and takes place 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. beginning June 10. The cost is $122.50.

Learning STEM Science with Play-Doh
Can your child learn STEM concepts with Play-Doh? You bet they can. Your child will explore dinosaurs, prehistoric volcanoes, animals, food, transportation and our solar system using Play-Doh sets while making friends. The camp is for kids ages 4-6 and takes place 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. beginning July 15. The cost is $122.50.

Learning STEM with Hot Wheels
Kids can explore math and physics concepts as they learn about momentum, push, pull, force and friction. The camp is for kids ages 4-8 and takes place 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. beginning July 22. The cost is $122.50.

Lego Designer
Special Lego Logo kits will provide extraordinary opportunities for hands-on construction as kids learn engineering concepts.  The camp is for kids ages 5-8 and takes place 9-11 a.m. beginning June 3. The cost is $122.50.

Lego Mania 
Lego buffs will love playing games that promote eye-hand coordination, problem-solving, critical thinking and learning as they build dinosaurs, rockets, castles, airplanes, forts, cars and more. The camp is for kids ages 4-7 and takes place 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. beginning July 8. The cost is $122.50.

Lego STEM Math and Science Technology Camp 
Adventures await kids interested in learning math and engineering concepts with Legos. The camp is for kids ages 7-12 and takes place 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m. beginning June 3. The cost is $211.25.

Lost in Space 
Young astronauts will create their own Mission Control and explore the final frontier while learning the science and engineering processes behind building rockets while making their own rockets from different materials and launching them.  The camp is for kids ages 7-12 and takes place 9-11 a.m. beginning June 10. The cost is $122.50.

Mechanical Machine Mayhem
Kids will design and engineer bridges, cranes, treehouses, paddle boats and many more STEAM-tastic machines. The camp is for kids ages 7-12 and takes place 2-4 p.m. beginning June 10. The cost is $122.50.

Shark Camp
Kids will join Daniel, Joy and Kimani on their Bridge to Sharktooth Island adventures while diving into the fascinating world of sharks. The camp is for kids ages 7-11 and takes place 2-4 p.m. beginning July 29. The cost is $122.50.

Slime-Topia:2 
An ooey, gooey, squishy, squashy slime-drenched camp adventure awaits kids interested in learning about the playful polymer. The camp is for kids ages 7-11 and takes place 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. beginning July 29. The cost is $122.50.

Academic

Jumpstart & Ketchup Reading
Young children will get a jump start on learning to read or just developing their skills at this camp devoted to all things literary. The camp is for kids ages 4-7 and takes place 9-11 a.m. beginning July 15. The cost is $122.50.

Skill Sets

Survival Tactics 
Kids will learn how to purify water, signal for help, leave-no-trace camping, administer first aid, search for edible food and more while playing games and having fun. The camp is for kids ages 7-12 and takes place 9-11 a.m. beginning June 24. The cost is $122.50.

Cooking

Sweet Treat Camp – Carnival Theme
Kid bakers can satisfy their sweet tooth at this carnival-themed camp. They will make cookies, cupcakes and cakes. The camps take place 9:30 a.m. to noon for ages 7-10 and 1-3:30 p.m. for ages 11-16 beginning July 22. The cost is $187.50.

Sweet Treat Camp Jungle/Safari Theme
Baking adventures await as kids make jungle-themed cookies, cakes and more. The camps take place 9:30 a.m. to noon for ages 7-10 and 1-3:30 p.m. for ages 11-16 beginning July 22. The cost is $187.50.
