CROSS CREEK RANCH TO OPEN SECOND POOL MEMORIAL DAY 2013

FULSHEAR, TX (December 18, 2012) – Cross Creek Ranch will open a sparkling new pool this summer, as the fast-growing west Houston master-planned community expands its already impressive aquatics amenities.

Located south of the intersection of Fry Road and Flewellen Oaks, Cross Creek Ranch’s second pool will be open to all residents with ample surrounding shade structures and lounge seating to create an ideal family retreat.   The 75-foot long pool also will host swim meets and be available for lap swimming.

The new pool at Cross Creek Ranch will join the community’s signature Water Park at Adventure Island where families enjoy a 200-foot water slide, Splash-n-Spray Park, wading pool and tanning shelves with water jets to create one of west Houston’s most complete water experiences.

Cross Creek Ranch, one of the top 20 best-selling master-planned communities in the United States, also offers miles of hike-and-bike trails, a fitness center and sports complex with tennis courts, basketball court, sand volleyball court and playgrounds for all ages.  Plus, several parks are located within walking distance of every neighborhood in the community, including Canine Commons, a fenced one-acre dog park with areas designated for large and small breed dogs.

Houston’s 2012 Master-Planned Community of the Year also is home to the largest model home collection in the Houston area with fully furnished residences from Ashton Woods Homes, Highland Homes, Lennar Homes, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes, Plantation Homes, Trendmaker Homes and Village Builders.
