Perry Homes to Build Model Home in Harmony

Harmony - Perry Homes to Build Model Home in Harmony

April 22, 2013

Perry Homes has commenced construction on its new model home in Harmony as the award-winning builder makes plans to offer homes in the Spring, Texas master-planned community from the $260s with designs ranging from 2,500-3,800 square feet.

The Perry Homes model presents an ideal design for today's family: a spacious living room at the entry, a gourmet kitchen featuring an island with built-in seating and granite countertops, a wonderful master bedroom with a 12-foot gabled ceiling, an open family room with a cast stone fireplace, an elegant dining room with hardwood floors and a private library with French doors. The Perry Homes model in Harmony will be completed this summer.

Harmony, a premier 1,000-acre north Houston community, is the newest master-planned community by The Johnson Development Corp., a Houston-based, award-winning residential development company. Located near the intersection of Rayford Road and Riley Fuzzell Road, just two miles east of the Hardy Toll Road, Harmony offers families homes from award-winning builders nestled near the Spring Creek Greenway, a pristine area of 12,000 acres of forested nature preserve ideal for hiking, biking, canoeing and other outdoor recreation.

Perry Homes joins Highland Homes, Westin Homes, First Texas Homes and Castlerock in Harmony while Darling Homes is expected to open its model later in the year. Two other additions coming to Harmony include a new aquatics complex to open this summer with a resort-style pool, splash pad with pop fountains, covered pavilion and playground. In addition, two sections of Harmony, Harmony Creek and Harmony Forest, soon will become private, gated neighborhoods.
