Darling Homes’ Unveils Never-Before-Built Model Home at Cross Creek Ranch in Houston

Fulshear, Texas – Darling Homes will debut a brand new line of upscale homes and a new model home not found anywhere else in Houston when its new 5,500-square-foot model opens at Cross Creek Ranch on June 7.
The new home collection is part of the Houston homebuilder’s push westward. On June 21, a second collection of homes will open from Darling Homes at the 1,400-acre master-planned community.
The five floor plans give Houston homebuyers plenty of choices and the new model gives them something that can’t be found elsewhere in the city: a new home design never before built by Darling Homes in Houston.
“This is a truly special opportunity for homebuyers,” said Shannon Vining, marketing manager for Darling Homes in Houston. “These floor plans represent months of careful planning, new designs that homebuyers will love and lakefront lots that make the new homes even more enticing.”
With lakefront lots and unrivaled, oversized home sites, Darling Homes is unveiling a series of homes that is focused on delivering expansive living spaces and lifestyle options not found elsewhere.
Up to five bedrooms, guest casitas and more than 5,500 square feet of living space will be available in the collection. Four-car garages are standard on four of the five homes, as are formal dining rooms. Media rooms come standard in four of the five plans and options include second master suites, game rooms, dedicated baths that lead to the pool areas and more. In addition, the series will include a floor plan that offers a studio withexterior entrance. Prices are expected to start in the $620,000s. The homes also include features like open courtyards, gourmet kitchens and masterbedrooms with master retreat sitting areas.
“They’re definitely homes designed to maximize living spaces while still offering the intimate interiors and attention to detail that our buyers have come to expect,” Vining said.
Cross Creek Ranch offers homebuyers all of the amenities expected in the best masterplanned
communities, including a resort-style pool, fitness and community center, greenbelts, lakes, splash pad, dog park, tennis courts, bike trails and much more.
Located just west of Katy in the city of Fulshear, Cross Creek Ranch is just minutes west
of Highway 99 and the West Park Tollway, offering convenient access for homebuyers to some of the area’s best shopping, dining and entertaining.
