Sitterle Homes Welcomes First Cross Creek Ranch Family

(Houston, TX — Nov. 25, 2014)  The Pond at Cross Creek Ranch will soon welcome its first residents, as the neighborhood recently saw its first home closing.

James Speer and Geri Rieken closed on their new home, a patio home design by Sitterle Homes, Nov. 21. The couple, who are relocating from Baton Rouge to be closer to family and work, did extensive research online before visiting the neighborhood.

“We were impressed with the quality of the development and with Sitterle Homes’ design features,” Speer said. “We found everything we wanted in this property — a single-story patio home with a Tuscan design in a master-planned environment.”

Speer and Rieken have two grown children in Houston, including one who resides in Cross Creek Ranch. They bought one of several inventory homes Sitterle Homes has available in the community.

Sitterle Homes offers five designs priced from the $270,000s in Cross Creek Ranch, with second-story bonus space available for each. Multiple structural options give buyers flexibility. Community amenities include the Polishing Pond Boardwalk (located within walking distance of the Sitterle Homes’ neighborhood), the Adventure Island Water Park, Flewellen Creek Park and the Italian Made Café.

“Many of our prospective buyers are similar to James and Geri, looking to move nearer to family and interested in our distinctive styling and open floor plans,” said Kiran Momin, sales professional with Sitterle Homes. “We’ve had quite a few people come through looking at homes for their parents who live out of town.”
