A guided bus tour of Conroe’s Grand Central Park will be held on Saturday, June 13 for those interested in learning about the first phase of the master-planned community’s efforts to create a dynamic, urban approach to living, shopping and dining in a pristine and protected wooded environment.

During the tour, representatives of The Johnson Development Corp. will present plans for 350 new homes on beautiful wooded sites, parks, open green spaces and the regional shopping, dining and entertainment destination known as 336 MARKETPLACE, all part of Grand Central Park’s first phase.  The guided bus tour lasts about 45 minutes.  The tour is free and onsite parking is available.

Seats are limited and registration is required by visiting www.GrandCentralParkTX.com.  Individuals will receive confirmation after they have registered.

Future guided bus tours of Grand Central Park are scheduled for July 11 and August 8.  Registration at the Grand Central Park website also will be required for these tour dates.

Grand Central Park is located on I-45 North and Loop 336 in Conroe, five miles north of The Woodlands.  It also is less than 10 miles from Lone Star Executive Airport and 30 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport.   Residents of Grand Central Park also will be minutes from Conroe Regional Medical Center, Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital, St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital, Texas Children’s Health Center – The Woodlands, and Houston Methodist Hospital, opening in The Woodlands in 2017.

The master-planned community is under development by The Johnson Development Corp., now in its 40th year as one of the nation’s preeminent land developers.

Johnson Development also manages the development of 12 Houston-area master-planned communities including three of the nation’s top 20 best sellers.  Its portfolio of master-planned communities includes two in north Houston – Woodforest and Harmony – along with Cross Creek Ranch, Imperial, Riverstone, Sienna Plantation, Harvest Green, Edgewater, Fall Creek, Tuscan Lakes and Willow Creek Farms.
