Grand Central Park - New Video of Conroe's Grand Central Park Brings Viewers Up Close To Community's Natural Features

November 23, 2015

As activity continues in Conroe’s Grand Central Park, the community’s development team has created an impressive new video presenting the natural amenities of the future master-planned community bordered by I-45 and Loop 336.

Now available at www.grandcentralparktx.com/amenities, the expertly produced, two-minute video uses drone technology to immerse viewers in Grand Central Park’s natural beauty where new homes will be nestled on the wooded, 2,046-acre property amongst lush, forested settings and spectacular lakes.

“After watching the video, we’re confident viewers will come away thinking ‘wow, this would be a great place to live,’” says Grand Central Park Director of Marketing Shannon League.  “The response to our summertime van tours was so overwhelming that we wanted to present the natural amenities of the community for those who couldn’t make it out or perhaps for those who are new to the area.”

Opening in 2016, Grand Central Park’s first of six residential sections will include luxury, single-family residences homes on 350 wooded properties walking distance to parks, open green spaces and 336 MARKETPLACE, the regional shopping, dining and entertainment destination.

A master-planned community by The Johnson Development Corp., Grand Central Park is strategically located in the heart of Montgomery County 10 miles from Lone Star Executive Airport and 30 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Residents of Grand Central Park will be minutes from Conroe Regional Medical Center, Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital, St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital, Texas Children’s Health Center - The Woodlands, and Houston Methodist Hospital, opening in The Woodlands in 2017.  The community also will be accessible from the soon-to-be-completed extended Grand Parkway.
