Harvest Green Builders Sprout Substantial Savings

Harvest Green - Harvest Green Builders Sprout Substantial Savings

August 09, 2016

Buyers’ savings accounts will grow in Harvest Green with a plethora of August incentives sowed by Houston’s leading builders.

For a limited time, buyers hoping to move quickly will save on closing costs during Lennar’s summer sales event. Until Aug. 15, the builder will pay all of the closing costs on select inventory homes when customers finance through Lennar’s preferred lender.

Highland Homes has a deal for buyers wanting a build-to-order home. The builder will pay up to $5,000 on closing costs and provide an owner’s title policy if their customers utilize Highland Home Source to finance their new home this month.

Dreamers can take advantage of Newmark Homes’ “Dream Big” promotion and receive $5,000 toward closing costs, an owner’s title policy and $5,000 to use in the design center. Also, Newmark customers will receive free upgrades to floors, counters, cabinets and more.

Darling Homes’ and Westin Homes’ buyers can dream big as well. Darling will give buyers design center credit in the amount of 10 percent of the base price of their new home through Sept. 30. Westin is offering $15,000 in credit, plus an additional $5,000 in granite countertop upgrades this month.

Buyers can help Trendmaker Homes celebrate 45 years during a promotion that offers a 4.5 percent incentive on select inventory homes purchased from now until Sept. 30.

Energy bills will continue to cool down with the extension of Plantation Homes’ “Beat the Heat” promotion through Sept. 5. The builder will pay buyers’ electric bills for two years after the purchase of a new Plantation home. Built to meet the stringent standards of the Environments for Living program, the energy-efficient homes save customers money even after the promotional period has ended.

It’s easy to grow everything from food to families in Fort Bend’s most unique master-planned community. Harvest Green is dedicated to building a healthy active lifestyle for its residents through the presence of an on-site farm, a state-of-the-art amenity center and 30 acres of lakes, waterways, greenbelts and open spaces to explore.

Many builders require incentive flyers to be presented at the time of purchase, to view them and for more information, click here
