Sweeten your holidays with family friendly events throughout Sugar Land! Start in Imperial at the annual Sugar Land Holiday Lights display, then work your way through holiday music, dance and even figure skating performances throughout December.

Shop and enjoy the warmth of the season at Sugar Land Town Square. Music, dancing and fun events will be featured throughout the month including a special showing of Elf on Dec. 9, a Giant Menorah Lighting Celebration on Dec. 13, Music and Mistletoe with First Colony Church of Christ happening Dec. 16 and live music from RamCorps, the brass and percussion troupe from the University of Mobile on Dec. 16. 

Santa will be available for photos on Sundays, Dec. 10 and 17, from 1-5 p.m. A donation box will be available to collect new and unwrapped stuffed animals for Fort Bend Rainbow Room’s Christmas Project.

Santa will hold court at First Colony Mall, and you can reserve time with him! Book a photo so you can skip the line and have the elf to yourself. Make a reservation by Dec. 9, and save $5 off your photo package.

All ages are invited to celebrate Christmas with the Moscow Ballet company of almost 40 ballerinas and danseurs. The Great Russian Nutcracker is known for its award-winning dancers, lavish costumes in the style of the Victorian era, many backdrops created by “La La Land” set concept designer Carl Sprague and its Russian focus.

The fourth annual Sugar Land Holiday Lights returns with more than 100 walkthrough displays and 2.5 million lights throughout the ballpark. This year will also feature a number of exciting additions, including a carnival outside the ballpark, new theme nights and more. Santa Claus will also be available each night through Dec. 23, along with a variety of food trucks and children’s activities.
