Harvest Green - Get Ready to Drool, Houston's Largest Home Tour Returns

The event you have been waiting for all year has returned with more drool-worthy homes, decadent décor and fun family events than ever before. We’re talking about Houston’s largest home tour!

The April Drools Home Tour will showcase 170 “drool-worthy” model homes and nearly 500 jaw-dropping inventory homes in 14 Johnson Development communities across the Houston area throughout April. Homes will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Admission is free.

Harvest Green is just one of 14 communities by Johnson Development Corp. taking part in this mega tour. We have 11 model homes open by builders Lennar, D.R. Horton, Newmark Homes, Meritage Homes, Plantation Homes, Westin Homes, Highland Homes, David Weekley Homes and Perry Homes. Each builder has done a phenomenal job of outfitting their models with the latest in colors, textures, furniture and architectural detailing. Many builders also will be offering special incentives when you purchase a new home during the tour.

Plus, each community will offer opportunities to get to know the residents better by opening up events to the public. We are welcoming people to our Street Eats Saturday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 14. Come out for mobile eats, music, children’s activities, lawn games and more.

We also will be hosting Fort Bend’s fabulous fashion and philanthropy event, Couture for the Cause on April 14. Tickets are still available for this event that features music, food, a silent auction, and a spectacular, pool-side fashion show featuring couture models -— many of whom are cancer patients or survivors.
