Viridian Sizzles with More Available Homesites

Viridian - Viridian Sizzles with More Available Homesites

August 23, 2019

Summer temperatures aren’t the only thing that’s hot in Dallas-Fort Worth right now. So is the Arlington housing market — and Viridian is in the middle of the heatwave with home sales numbering more than 220 so far this year.

In June, Realtor.com ranked Arlington No. 8 among the top 10 U.S. markets where buyers are shopping for housing. Part of the popularity, the website explains, is being close to city centers and having affordable housing options. This is especially true for millennial buyers, which comprise about a third of recent homebuyers in Arlington.

Viridian offers an exceptional location equidistant from both downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth — about 20 minutes. Home shoppers will find a wide variety of new homes, from townhomes to single-family homes to custom homes priced at more than $1 million. And not only are the types of homes varied, but so are Viridian neighborhoods, where you might find a home priced at $300,000 just down the street from a home costing $900,000. Viridian is one of the few master-planned communities in North Texas that doesn’t segregate neighborhoods by price and our residents love it.

To meet demand — particularly for homes on smaller properties, which has been very popular so far this year — Viridian has released 393 homesites to builders. The properties will accommodate townhomes up to custom homes. Coupling lot availability with recently lowered mortgage interest rates means the time is now to make the move to Viridian. Visit with our builders soon to have first selection of the new homesites and to learn more why Viridian is the place to live in one of the nation’s hottest real estate markets.
