It’s not quite sweater weather, but fall festivities are getting underway. Here at Harvest Green, we’re hosting the OutRun Hunger 5K Family Walk and Run on Sept. 25 and everyone’s favorite food fest, Chef Fest on Sept 26. And that’s not all there is. Near our community you’ll discover a cornucopia of fall fun. Here are some of our favorites:

September

Ride to Rosenberg Car Show
10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sat., Sept. 11
Free admission

Cars, cars and more cars will be on display in Rosenburg. Come out to view classic and modern cars, hot rods, musical entertainment and food trucks.

Missouri City Oktoberfest
4-7 p.m. Sat., Sept. 18
Free admission

Experience German culture at the Quail Valley City Centre. The venue has been transformed into a beer hall complete with traditional décor as well as German music, games, food, and beverages. New this year a chance for your dachshund to dash in the Wiener Dog Race.

Fort Bend County Fair
Times vary Sun.-Sat., Sept. 24- Oct. 3
begins Sept. 24 
$15 adults, $5 ages 6-11, free for 5 and under

It’s that time of year. The fair is back with a rodeo, live music, Grapes on the Brazos wine venue, livestock shows, tractor races, student art show and so much more.

The Boho Market
11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sat., Oct. 2
Free admission

The Dallas-based pop-up is coming to Sugar Land Town Square. Shop one-of-a kind local, handcrafted and vintage items as you stroll.

Crescent Circus
7:30-9 p.m. Fri., Oct. 29
Free

Spend an evening with a world-champion magician and circus artist featuring magic, juggling, hand balancing, wire walking and acrobatics.
