Nolina - The Wildflower House — Now Under Construction!

Nolina residents will have quite a dilemma when they move in next year — unpack or leave the boxes for later and go hang out at The Wildflower House!

Our 7-acre amenity center is now under construction, with an opening date slated for spring 2024 — right about the time our first residents start moving into their beautiful new homes. The Wildflower House is all about connection, with an outdoor lounge, a fire pit, and a lawn for events and yoga — all perfect for meeting your new neighbors.

Of course, we expect the Tulip Tides resort-style pool to be a big draw. It will offer plenty of space for relaxing in and out of the pool. Our younger swimmers will also enjoy the nearby Water Spout Splash Pad, with gentle bubblers and towering spray features. Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy the fitness studio.

And while we don’t yet know what types of events our lifestyle director will host at The Wildflower House, we can guess that food trucks will likely be involved as the amenity center will have an area specifically for these mobile eateries.

When you make the move to Nolina, you get more than a wonderful new home — you also have claim to an enviable lifestyle where family memories are made and neighbors soon become friends. That’s why it is important to developer Johnson Development to have The Wildflower House open so soon after residents begin moving to Nolina.
