What is the Realtor Academy Program? The JDC North Realtor Academy Program is a specialized training designed to equip Realtors with the knowledge and tools to excel in new home sales. It covers essential topics like financing, lifestyle selling, and content creation, featuring industry experts and builders.

Application & Selection Process
How do I apply for the program? Realtors must submit an application starting April 28th. Applications will be reviewed, and 50 agents will be selected.
When do applications close? Applications close on May 27th.
How will I know if I’m accepted? Realtors will receive an email confirming their acceptance into the program after the selection process is complete.
Is there a cost to participate? No, this program is offered at no cost to selected Realtors.
Schedule & Commitment
When do classes start and how often do they meet? Classes begin June 4th and will be held bi-weekly through August.
Where will classes be held? Classes will be held across our participating communities: Amira, Briarley, Grange, Jubilee and Kresston. Specific locations will be provided upon acceptance.
What happens if I miss a session? In order to graduate and get a certificate, you must attend at least 5 of the 6 events.

What is the lifestyle photoshoot, and how does it work? Graduates will receive a professional lifestyle photo to elevate their personal branding and marketing materials.
Will there be ongoing support after the program? Yes! Graduates will gain exclusive access to networking opportunities, continued education, and builder contacts.
