Among the tools he provided was a step-by-step introduction to ChatGPT, which can assist with creating critical date emails, generating visual transaction timelines and preparing friendly reminders to keep clients on track.

Realtors also learned how AI can help with drafting repair request emails, negotiating concessions with clear and professional language and even writing phone scripts to tackle tricky client or agent conversations with confidence. These insights gave attendees an actionable understanding of how AI can enhance communication at every stage of a transaction, helping them deliver top-notch service while managing their time more efficiently.

By automating these repetitive yet essential tasks, Realtors can redirect their energy toward building meaningful relationships with their clients, with AI serving as the behind-the-scenes workhorse.
