Harmony - Houston's First Shea3D Plans Come to Harmony

Shea Homes has opened its third and fourth luxury patio model homes in Harmony where the distinguished homebuilder is introducing Houston’s first plans with Shea3D, an extra level of personalization which places a family’s interest in the epicenter of the home.
All four Harmony patio models by America’s largest privately owned new homebuilder offer chef-inspired kitchens, inviting master suites, spacious secondary bedrooms and open-concept living and entertainment spaces.
Starting in the $270s, three-bedroom plans on 50’ homesites range from 2,000 – 3,145 square feet. Three and four-bedroom plans on 60’ homesites, priced from the $330s, span 2,431 – 3,529 square feet. Single and two-story plans include optional bay window, extended outdoor space, baja shower, media room, garage storage, outdoor fireplace and outdoor kitchen.
Plans are available in a classic layout and in “kitchen-centric” Shea3D, an extra dimension of personalization where homeowners can put their kitchen in the epicenter of the home’s design.
All four Shea patio models in Harmony are open daily, Monday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday, noon – 6 p.m.
