Grand Central Park’s Marketing Team for the Win

Who has got a winning strategy when it comes to letting you know about the fun, festive events we host? Our marketing team! We know because they recently took home four Houston’s Best PRISM awards.

Hosted by the Greater Houston Builders Association, the PRISM awards recognize excellence in sales, marketing and development for the Houston homebuilding industry over the past year.

Director of Marketing Shannon League and Marketing Manager Amanda Murphy are behind our billboards, print ads radio commercials and marketing campaigns. Because of their creativity and leadership, Grand Central Park took home trophies for Billboard of the Year/Developer for our Bark in the Park event, Print Ad of the Year for Nature’s Best Medicine and Marketing Campaign of the Year and Radio Commercial of the Year for our Jamboree Grand Opening.

It's not surprising — Shannon was recognized as Marketing Professional of the Year in 2017.

In addition, our developer Johnson Development received two of the highest honors the GHBA bestows — Grand Awards for Developer of the Year and Promotion of the Year. A number of other Johnson Development communities walked away with Houston’s Best PRISM awards, as well. Johnson also was named as a finalist in 14 other categories.

Johnson Development is one of the most innovative developers in the nation and we are proud to be part of the Johnson family. Congratulations to our staff, our sister communities and our developer for a job well done!
