Designs are priced from the $400,000s and range from 2,800 to 4,100 square feet.

During the Summer Savings Event, you can save up to $5,000 toward the purchase price, more than $5,000 in closing costs and up to $5,000 in luxury upgrades. That’s a total savings of $15,000.
