Your Family, Our Location

Your Family, Our Location

January 18, 2021

Location is important. Location determines how quickly you get to work, where your kids go to school, where you shop and where you have fun. Which is why Jordan Ranch should be your home base.

Jordan Ranch is located one mile south of Interstate 10, making it a quick drive to major employment centers along the Energy Corridor. The long-planned Heritage Parkway, currently under construction and conveniently located near Jordan Ranch, will connect Interstate 10 with FM 1093, cutting your commute time even further.

There’s more to our location than a stress-free drive to work. Jordan Ranch is located in Fulshear, a family-friendly community named a “2019 Best Place to Raise a Family in Houston” by Niche.com. Fulshear boasts a small-town vibe full of friendly people. You can shop the farmers market, dine at local restaurants and celebrate the holidays hosted by the city.

Five miles down the road is historic Katy. The myriad options for fun include Typhoon Texas Waterpark, The historic Missouri-Kansas-Texas (MKT) Depot, No Label Brewery and the Katy Arboretum. If premier shopping is your game, Katy Mills Mall is a mecca of high-end shops, great restaurants and family entertainment.

Zoom out on the map and you’ll see that Jordan Ranch is located in Fort Bend County, the most diverse county in the nation. Attractions here include hiking through Brazos Bend State Park, the wonders of the George Observatory, concerts at Smart Financial Centre and so much more.

Schools are an important consideration for parents when choosing a community, as well. Our young residents attend highly regarded schools in the Lamar Consolidated ISD including Kathleen Joerger Lindsey Elementary, Roberts Middle School, award-winning Leaman Junior High and Fulshear High School.

With all of that and more, you might expect Jordan Ranch to be more city than country but that’s where you’d be wrong. Our community is a respite from the hustle and bustle of city life. An oasis where you can relax and spend time with your loved ones and friends. But when urban experiences call, getting there is as easy as hopping on the freeway.
