1. Meditative Hike and Forest Yoga: Saturday 9/12 @ 8 AM/$20

Meets at High Point Community Dock, Bring your paddle board and enjoy the water while engaging your body.

2.Stand up Paddle-board Yoga:Saturday 9/12 @ 7 PM/ $20 Bring water and your yoga mat and be ready to rejuvenate your mind and body.
