Grand Central Park - Grand Central Park Shares Plans for New Amenities at February Model Home Tour

February 07, 2019

Grand Central Park will host a weekend tour of its nine fully furnished model homes, February 23 – 24, when those in the market for a new home can be among the first to learn about several new amenities coming to the Montgomery County master-planned community.

Each of Grand Central Park’s model homes, open Saturday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; and Sunday, noon – 6 p.m., will present information on the community’s new amenities, most notably the 13-acre Lake House Amenity Complex where residents will enjoy a resort-style pool, fitness room, yoga and event lawn, playground, freestanding pavilion and event room with kitchen.

The Lake House pool is scheduled to open for the 2020 swim season while the remainder of the amenity complex is slated to open by the end of 2020.

Guests at the model home tour also can learn about the community’s new Twilight Park with playground, fitness trail and fitness stations, and a new Mystic Pond fishing pier with café lights, fire pit and gazebo. Both Twilight Park and Mystic Pond are scheduled to open in 2019 in Grand Central Park’s West Village, the community’s first phase of new homes.

Also opening soon in Grand Central Park’s West Village is the resident-only Frisky Biscuit Dog Park, two fenced areas for large and small dogs with play equipment and a dog wash station.

As part of their visit to Grand Central Park’s Model Home Tour, guests can register for a three-day, two night luxury treehouse adventure at Cypress Valley Canopy Tours, nestled in the Texas Hill Country just outside Austin, featuring zip line adventures, sky bridges, private lake swimming, picnics under shade trees and informative eco-tours.

Grand Central Park, a carefully planned community of new luxury patio homes, lifestyle townhomes and larger, single-family homes by Johnson Development Corp., is located five miles north of The Woodlands at I-45 North and South Loop 336.

The community offers new homes, including those available for immediate move in, from the $260s to the $600s by builders Coventry Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Homes, Jaeger Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes and Village Builders.
