We’re Moving Up!

Cross Creek Ranch - We’re Moving Up!

July 15, 2019

Sales are booming in Cross Creek Ranch. So much so that we moved up four spots on the Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO) Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities Mid-Year 2019 report.

The housing research firm’s mid-year calculations placed us at No. 21 in the nation. We had 262 home sales during the first half of 2019 — a 7 percent gain! Last year we placed at No. 25.

Only true master-planned communities that reflect a comprehensive master plan incorporating a variety of housing types, sizes, prices, shared common space and amenities are included in the list, according to RCLCO.

Some of the things that make Cross Creek special (and attractive to buyers) include our range of home choices — everything from townhomes to custom-built homes and everything in between as well as our fabulous amenities, great schools and our location in family-friendly Fulshear.

Homes in Cross Creek Ranch are priced from the $200,000s. Our all-star builders include Chesmar Homes, Lennar, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes, Highland Homes, Trendmaker Homes, Village Builders, Avanti Custom Homes, Partners in Building, Taylor Morrison and Darling Homes.

When it comes to amenities, we’ve got something for everyone. Sail on our lake, view wildlife at Flewellen Creek and our Polishing Pond, hang out at one of our three pool complexes or play disc-golf on our 18-hole course. And that is just scratching the surface of how you can spend your days.

Our younger residents benefit as well. We have two on-site Katy ISD elementary schools. This year, a new on-site junior high will open and next year we get a new high school. Many of our neighborhoods are zoned to beautiful schools in the Lamar CISD school district including a new middle school opening this year. No matter which school kids are zoned to, they will always be close by.

Cross Creek Ranch is one of five Johnson Development communities to be named among the top 50 master-planned communities. Harmony in Spring weighed in at No. 17 with 289 home sales. Sienna in Missouri City followed at No. 18 with 281 sales. Woodforest in Montgomery County placed at No. 40 and Harvest Green in Richmond was No. 50.

Johnson Development has had more communities ranked among the 50 best-selling than any other developer since 2014.
