It’s a Big Win for Sienna Associations!
January 30, 2020
Homeowners associations (HOAs) are vital when it comes to ensuring a beautifully maintained community, creating an inviting lifestyle and — possibly most important — protecting and even enhancing property values.
That’s why you want to make sure the HOA managing your community is top-notch. Like what you find in Sienna.
Sienna Associations was a big winner in the recent Community Associations Institute Greater Houston Chapter’s awards gala, taking home the trophy for Community of the Year/3,000+ Units.
It’s the second time the associations have won the award, receiving the honor during the inaugural awards ceremony held in 2016. This year, Sienna Associations faced stiff competition, beating out the Cinco Ranch Residential Association II, Inc., New Territory Residential Community Association and Silverlake HOA.
“We are very proud of our Sienna community and especially proud of our team serving Sienna residents and businesses,” said Sandy Denton, General Manager of Sienna Associations.
The Sienna entry highlighted the many events and amenities in Sienna, as well as communications, which includes a printed and online newsletter, LED signs in the community, frequent eblasts and more.
Besides more than 44 parks and playgrounds, three water parks, two fitness centers, a sports park and miles and miles of trails, residents also enjoy an active events calendar filled with activities for children, teens and adults. Some of the most popular events include Snow Blast, Trunk N/ Munch, July 4th concert and fireworks show and the Halloween Fall Family Campout at Camp Sienna.
Not only is the Sienna Associations award-winning, but it’s located on-site, and that brings another bounty of benefits for homeowners — prompt response to questions, firsthand awareness of community issues, closer interaction with services providers and more availability for inspections. On-site management goes a long way in creating trust between staff and residents and developing a friendly, responsive environment where people want to live.
