Grand Central Park - Tour Our Models, Taste the Sweet Life

Where can you be inspired by gorgeous homes, an exceptional lifestyle and the opportunity to win a $500 gift card? Grand Central Park during our ‘Live the Sweet Life’ Home Tour.

Each weekend in June, visitors can get a taste of the sweet life Grand Central Park residents live every day. Our nine beautiful model homes will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Visitors can register to win a $500 gift card at each of the models.

Model homes by Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Tri Pointe Homes and Westin Homes will be open for touring.

The tour will end on a tasty note 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 24, with milkshakes for everyone, while supplies last, at The Finding Place, 750 Grand Central Parkway in Conroe.

At The Finding Place you can learn everything you’ve ever wanted to know about our community. Pick up a map then check out our bountiful amenities such as The Lake House, trails, lakes and parks as well as our onsite retail centers 336 Marketplace and Marcel Boulevard.
