Cross Creek Ranch - See Who Won Our Birthday Giveaway

We may have started a new trend — giving out the gifts when it’s YOUR birthday.

But our birthday month celebration was so much fun in May, we think we should do it again next year, and we know six people who would agree — the winners of our 10^th birthday giveaway.

Lucky Sarah McLaughlin was the grand prize winner of $1,500 after having her name randomly picked from the crowd of people who visited our models this May and registered for the giveaways. Chandra Watson and Pam Withrow also are glad they stopped by, with each winning $500 cash. Rounding out our birthday gift winners are Shanice Choate, who won a television valued at $400; Kaylon Alexander, who now has a grill valued at $400; and Brent Greebon, who is the lucky owner of an instant pot cooker, worth $80.

Of course, everyone who registered received the pleasure of visiting our beautiful model homes where they could see the latest design trends and learn about available new homes in Cross Creek Ranch where residents enjoy access to a water park, fitness center, miles of trails, a sports park, dog park and so much more.
